The Emporia Gazette ran an article on Aug. 26 announcing the names of the Emporia, Kan., women who are being featured in this year’s issue of Sallie Magazine (see page 13). Among them is Roberta Seaman, an NCRA member and official court reporter who, when not attending court, spends her time on the track racing her motorcycle.
The magazine is named for Sallie Lindsay White, a teacher turned journalist after purchasing The Emporia Gazette with her husband.
