Plaintiffs in a workers’ compensation case happening in San Diego have criticized the system and accused the court reporter covering the proceedings of not providing verbatim statements made at a deposition. The plaintiffs also claim a conflict of interest because the court reporter is the wife of one of the attorneys who represented them, according to a story that aired Jan. 27 on KGTV Channel 10.
