Cheryl and Jim Korn explained how being able to use closed captioning equipment in movie theaters has improved their lives in a Dec. 15 article in the Chippewa [Wis.] Herald. Both of them have hearing impairments and missed out on the dialogue when attending movies. The local theaters in Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire, Wis. got new closed captioning equipment on Nov. 1. “It enhances the whole experience,” said Cheryl Korn.
