A Sept. 15 post on Lexology, a web-based service for company law departments and law firms, reported that the Department of Justice has extended the deadline for public comments regarding their proposed regulations for movie theaters and closed captioning. Comments had been due on Sept. 30, but now must be submitted no later than Dec. 1.
