An article posted Feb. 11 by the Northeast Times, Bensalem, Pa., announced the first Text for NCRA Scholarship Competition, being held at Orleans Technical Institute in Philadelphia on Feb. 18. The tournament-style texting competition will pitch texting-savvy high school students finger-to-finger in a contest of speed and accuracy against a court reporting student.
