On Feb. 10, hosts of WJXT’s First Coast Living show in Florida interviewed Melissa Meisterhans, co-director of education for Stenotype Institute, and a few students. The station also featured a second segment on Feb. 17 in which Meisterhans was joined by Holly Kapacinskas, RPR, CRR, president of the Florida Court Reporters Association. Both segments included information about how to enter the profession, the Ducker Worldwide job outlook, salary information, and the various areas court reporters and captioners can work in.
