The Tampa airport is reviewing bids for restaurant space in preparation for a $1 billion renovation. According to an April 12 article in The Tampa Tribune, some of the big companies hired court stenographers and videographers to record the judging process. The documentation could be used by unhappy restaurant executives whose companies weren’t chosen and wish to take legal action.
