NCRA member Christine Phipps, RPR, from West Palm Beach, Fla., has launched a crowdfunding campaign on Crowdrise to help raise funds to support NCRA student membership sponsorships. The efforts is in conjunction with NCRA’s 2016 Court Reporting & Captioning Week being celebrated Feb. 14-20. “When I was a young student, putting myself through college with two small children, I couldn’t afford membership, a membership I would have given anything to have. Let no student be without membership,” she said.
