Lubbockonline.com, Lubbock, Texas, posted an article on Feb. 19 about the life of Curtis Ruff, a former NCRA member and owner of Curtis D. Ruff & Associates. Ruff was a Korean War veteran who also served as the official court reporter for the 137th District Court. Ruff, who was 91 years old, passed away on Jan. 21.
