Politico posted an article on Sept. 9 highlighting the stories recently shared by those on board Air Force One on Sept. 11, 2001, who were traveling with President George W. Bush. The oral history was based on more than 40 hours of original interviews with more than two dozen of the passengers, crew, and press aboard, including a stenographer.
