The Huffington Post Canada posted a blog on Jan. 27 that recounts the experience of a citizen who is deaf who attended a town-hall meeting featuring Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The meeting did not have CART access. The author uses the blog to explain why Canadians need a disabilities act.
