WisBusiness reported on June 4, that NCRA member Karen Renee, a freelance court reporter from Burlington, Wis., and owner of eCourt Reporters, which provides law firms, government entities, and court reporting agencies access to certified court reporters, won the business services category in the Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan contest.
