First recognized in 2008 by President George W. Bush, National Grammar Day is dedicated to spreading the word that grammar matters and was started by Martha Brockenbrough, the founder of the Society for the Promotion of Good Grammar. Celebrate National Grammar Day by sharing one of the posts below. As Brockenbrough stated, “Language is something to be celebrated, and March 4 is the perfect day to do it.
