Prime Day is Amazon’s annual deal event on July 12-13 exclusively for Prime members, featuring two days of epic deals on top brands and small businesses. The two-day shopping event includes deals from top national brands and Amazon itself. Here are a few I suggest:
1. I absolutely love my Kindle Paperwhite — so good for airline travel! From this link, we’ve recently seen some deals on refurbished Kindle Paperwhites, but they’ve been primarily for the 2018 model. At this point, we’d recommend forgoing the older models and waiting for Prime Day sales on the newest Paperwhites, which support USB-C charging. (The New York Times’ Wirecutter agrees.)
2. TechRadar has sorted through the lists of what’s available during Prime Days so you don’t have to. Personally, I can’t live without my Apple Watch; it keeps me on track with my fitness goals and notifies me on everything from upcoming depositions to last-minute text messages for those cancellations or emergency texts because someone forgot to hire a court reporter. Also, can’t do without my iRobot — my little Corgi and her constant shedding gives my iRobot a workout, for sure!
3. There are Apple AirPods on sale too! Best thing if you’re an iPhone user and love the Apple Music! So many good options for headphones for the job too.
