Holmgren, a seasoned Dallas-based trial attorney who maintains active transactional and litigation practices and whose expertise encompasses a wide range of areas. Invited by incoming NCRA President Kristin M. Anderson, RPR, this year’s keynote speaker will share the ramifications of trial courts opting for digital reporting methods instead of using a certified shorthand reporter. With his extensive background and firsthand experience, Holmgren will delve into the perils of digital reporting and reveal strategies that court reporters can use to tackle these challenges head-on in their own jurisdictions.
