New this year, NCRA is hosting special sessions for court reporting and captioning firm owners and managers at the Firm Owners Focus. The all-day networking and business-focused sessions, based on the successful NCRA Business Summit model, offer an additional opportunity for attendees to learn more about the best practices in the market.
NCRA’s Professional Development Department will be holding in-person Skills Testing at the Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown in Houston, Texas, on July 25 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Testing is being offered for the RSR, RPR, CRR, and CRC. Space is limited to 40 slots per test (RSRL, RPRT, etc.) and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for the in-person testing closes on July 1 or when all slots are filled, whichever comes first.
This year, attendees will be hearing from Dennis M. Holmgren, a seasoned Dallas-based trial attorney who maintains active transactional and litigation practices and whose expertise encompasses a wide range of areas.
This year’s Conference theme is Make Every Connection Matter – something that can certainly happen with the schedule jam-packed full of informative, fun, and engaging events planned with our Welcome Reception, sessions, awards ceremony, and even a blow-out celebration party for the year ahead to cap off this four-day event!
