NCRA has created a position statement on the dangers of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in legal proceedings. NCRA encourages all state associations, as well as the general membership, to share this statement with their state and local bar associations, attorneys, and any other parties they feel may be unaware of and impacted by the challenges and problems of having AI handling legal and other binding proceedings.
