Judge in Georgia calls for overhaul of salaries for court reporters

In an article posted Feb. 7 byΒ Capitol Beat News Service, Georgia Chief Justice Michael Boggs is quoted as telling the General Assembly during the annual State of Judiciary address that β€œJudges alone cannot move criminal cases without prosecutors. Nothing can be done without court reporters,” before calling for an overhaul of salaries.
