CART captioning live webinar rounds out spring lineup

Chandler, who began her career in 1991, has been a captioner for nearly 30 years. In addition to working as a broadcast captioner, she pioneered captioning programs for two universities and spearheaded the creation of the captioner job classification for California State Universities.

“If you are thinking about a career change or enhancing your career with another skill using your realtime court reporting ability,” says Chandler, “this is your chance to hear about the world of realtime CART captioning from a nationally known court reporter, captioner, and mentor. Learn about providing communication access in a variety of settings for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.”

Webinars do not have to be viewed live. The Learning Center gives 30 days from the live event to complete all required elements unless otherwise noted.
