Henrico County Commonwealth’s Attorney, Shannon L. Taylor, will deliver the keynote address at NCRA’s 2025 Legislative & Leadership Boot Camp taking place Feb. 2-5 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Alexandria, Va. Taylor has served as Henrico County Commonwealth’s Attorney since January 2012.
Taylor, a respected figure in the realm of criminal justice, will explore critical themes in her address, including the emergence of Artificial Intelligence in the legal system, the ongoing efforts toward Criminal Justice Reform, and the enduring importance of judicial integrity. Taylor will also highlight the indispensable role of stenographic court reporters at all levels of our legal system, acknowledging their vital contribution to the accuracy and integrity of judicial proceedings.
