The 2025 NCRA Leadership and Legislative Boot Camp kicked off in Old Town, Alexandria, Va., with a video message from Virginia Sen. Mark Warner.
In his remarks, Sen. Warner, whose home state serves as the headquarters for NCRA, acknowledges the integrity of the judicial record, which court reporters produce and safeguard every day.
“Over the course of the next few years you and I will all be put to the test. I expect that you’ll see unprecedented levels of litigation at the federal level which is why I want to offer my thanks to the group of court reporters, stenographers, captioners, and videographers here today who are working hard to keep our judicial system on the record and open to the public,” said Sen. Warner.
