To assist its members in making an informed decision in the upcoming election, the NCRA Election Committee will host a Town Hall on June 18 at 8 p.m. Eastern with Vice Presidential candidates for the 2025-2026 NCRA Board of Directors. You can review candidate biographies and brochures online.
Register now for the June 18 Town Hall. The Town Hall is free and open to NCRA members.
If you have questions for the Elections Committee to ask the candidates, please submit them by May 23 to elections@ncra.org. Please use the following in the subject line: Questions for Vice Presidential Candidate Town Hall.
Voting on candidates for the NCRA Board of Directors will take place starting on June 23, 9 a.m. Eastern through June 24, 9 a.m. Eastern. The deadline to verify or update your email address to participate in voting on the Board of Directors is June 16.
Voting Members will cast their votes via secure online means. NCRA Voting Members are Participating Members who are verbatim stenographic reporters and/or stenographic captioners and Registered Members who are verbatim stenographic reporters and/or stenographic captioners as well as Retired Members and Retired Lifetime Members and Honorary Members who have been verbatim stenographic reporters and/or stenographic captioners.
To exercise the right to vote, members must have a current email address on file in NCRA’s membership database by June 16 and be opted in to receive emails from NCRA.
To verify your email address, visit the member portal at NCRA.org and take the following steps:
- Click on “Login” at the very top of the website
- Log in with your NCRA ID and password
- Once you see a “Welcome” message, click on “My Profile”
- To verify your email address, click on “View and Edit Profile”
If you make changes, please be sure to click “Save Profile Information” near the bottom of the profile page.
