The NCRA Online Sourcebook is receiving a new look and feel as well as a new name: NCRA PROLink. The new site will offer users enhanced features to facilitate finding court reporters, captioners, legal videographers, scopists, and firms by locale, certification, and services offered, to name a few.
“NCRA PROLink uses a multi-layered, easy-to-use-and-visualize mapping system that lets members and member-owned firms register for a listing with the capacity to handle multiple firm locations,” said NCRA President Christine Phipps, RPR. “This map will enable users to focus on just firms, freelancers, captioners, officials, and videographers, for example. This system will enable easy visibility in identifying coverage for assignments in specific geographic areas.”
NCRA PROLink will be more user-friendly with map pins and will highlight members and firms who are NCRA Ethics First compliant. The new site will soon allow multiple images for Premium listings. All members receive a complimentary Basic listing, though you may opt out if you prefer not to have one.
The new site will launch soon, so keep your eye on the page. To be ready and get the most advantage from PROLink, make sure your details are up to date in your NCRA Portal, especially “Your Services” at the bottom right of your profile as this is how people can find you for specific searches.
