Tomorrow, NCRA Government Relations will be launching a grassroots advocacy campaign through our Advocacy Action Center about the Department of Labor’s (DOL) proposed rulemaking that concerns independent contractor reclassification. The proposed rule is scheduled to be published in the Federal Register tomorrow, October 13, 2022, and once published, it will be open for public comment for 45 days until Monday, November 28, 2022. NCRA’s advocacy campaign will detail more information about this proposed rule and will provide a sample comment for you to submit.
