Amendment reinstates shorthand, stenography for court reporters

The Indiana Business Journal reported on March 28 that the outcry from court reporters over a proposed rule amendment that would prohibit the recording of hearings through shorthand or stenography has been overturned by the Indiana Supreme Court.
