NJ.com posted a press release on Dec. 12 issued by NCRA announcing that Stephanie Beauchamp, a court reporting student from Jersey City at Plaza College in Queens, N.Y., is the 2023 recipient of the Association’s Council on Approved Student Education (CASE) scholarship prize of $1,000.
