In a press release issued June 27, 1CapApp, a service that delivers time-saving solutions for CART providers, captioners, and court reports who provide live text streaming, announced the launch of its generation II software upgrade. The upgrade allows broadcast stations to offer live internet streaming from their own station’s website while, at the same time, sending closed captions to television. 1CapApp was founded by NCRA members Christine Wood from Charlotte, N.C., and Jeanette Christian, RDR, CRR, CBC, CCP, from Topeka, Kan.
