The National Court Reporters Foundation (NCRF) is looking for volunteers to serve on its 2024-2025 Board of Trustees. We are seeking natural leaders, solid thinkers, and dedicated champions who understand philanthropy. Applications close on Friday, April 5.
“This is an exciting time for your National Court Reporters Foundation!” says Doug Friend, FAPR, RDR, CRR (Ret.), NCRF Chair. “NCRF is growing, and this is a perfect opportunity to have your voice heard as we seek new opportunities to support our members.”
At NCRF we give back to our members and the community by paying it forward. The Board of Trustees oversees the Foundation’s activities and investments: Scholarships and grants; the Oral Histories Program, including working with the Veterans History Project through the Library of Congress; the Jim Bouley Family Lifetime Award for Altruism; webinars offered for Mental Health Awareness Month; the NCRF Natural Disaster Relief Fund; Career Launcher and its scholarships; the new Ask Me Anything ZoomUp series; several Student Conference Registration drawings; and much more! Our Foundation’s new strategic plan is in full swing.
This is your opportunity to make an impact on the future of the profession through NCRF’s philanthropic mission with like-minded professionals.
Apply yourself or nominate a colleague today. Deadline April 5. Questions? Contact Jill Parker Landsman at jlandsman@ncra.org.
