“How would you like to support our NCRA A to Z® Intro to Steno Machine Shorthand program and celebrate NCRA’s 125th birthday?” asked NCRF Chair Doug Friend, FAPR, RDR, CRR (Ret.). “While a donation of $125 or $189 will upgrade many machines for our NCRA A to Z participants, even $25 or $18.99 will help! Be a part of getting the steno machines out that our prospective participants deserve,” said Friend.
The idea for this NCRA 125th Anniversary fundraiser was posed at an NCRF Trustee meeting by NCRF Trustee Linda McSwain, RPR, and was met with unanimous approval. “We at the National Court Reporters Foundation (NCRF) are excited to launch an NCRA anniversary fundraiser to benefit the NCRA A to Z program long term. Donations will help expand the number of steno writers for participants. Happy Anniversary to NCRA for 125 strong years!” she said.
Donate to this fundraiser online or text the keyword NCRA125 to 41444 and you will help advance our NCRA A to Z program in this new steno writer fundraiser. Think about donating an iteration of our founding year, 1899: $18.99, $37.98, or even $125 in honor of our quasquicentennial!
