NCRA is pleased to announce that Jason Carter has joined the Association as its new Membership Growth Manager. In this newly created position, Carter is taking the lead in developing strategies and executing them to aid the Association in growing its membership by identifying new avenues for recruitment, as well as actively reaching out directly to members to identify ways to increase the value of membership overall.
