William Lee “Bill” Odom passed away Oct. 18 in Flagstaff, Ariz. A memorial service was held Nov. 3 at Chapelwood Funeral Home, Texarkana, Texas. Odom had been a court reporter since 1973, and he worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, culminating with being named Deputy Chief Reporter in September 2005, as well as a freelance court reporter for several firms and as a captioner.
