Caitlin Albrecht, a freelance court reporter from New Hope, Minn., recently shared her skills with local Girl Scouts who participated in an annual Girl Scout Law Day hosted by the Minnesota Women Lawyers organization. The event, held at Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, provided about 60 girls in grades three through five with an empowering perspective on careers in the law through speakers, activities, and a mock trial. Albrecht said she became involved in the Girl Scout Law Day through Paradigm Reporting & Captioning in Minneapolis, the firm she is affiliated with.
