NCRA member Cathy Thimm-Braunschweig, RMR, a freelance reporter from Randolph, Wis., was featured in an article posted on Jan. 14 by the Portage Daily Register. According to the article, high school students participated in a Future Leaders in Government, or FLAG, program that focused on how court proceedings are collected verbatim. FLAG is a program operated by the University of Wisconsin-Extension Columbia County, in which selected juniors and seniors from Columbia County high schools participate in activities designed to give them in-depth awareness of county government and community involvement.
