The Huntsville, Ala., City Council now will include closed captioning of the meetings shown live on TV and streamed on the Web, according to AL.com, a website of the Alabama Media Group. The story quoted City Administrator John Hamilton: “Our citizens who are hearing impaired deserve just as much access as those who are not.”
