NCRA member Kelly Ann Powers, 57, an official court reporter from Kaukauna, Wis., passed away unexpectedly on July 18. Powers served as an NCRF Trustee from 2006 through 2012 and was an NCRF Angel Donor. She served multiple years as a volunteer for the Foundation’s annual Phone-a-thon fundraising effort.
