The Ottawa Herald, Ottawa, Kan., posted an article on Aug. 2 about a new court reporting program opening in the fall of 2016 at the Neosho County Community College. The article notes that students who excel at music, foreign language, or texting could be suited to the program and cites that there is a growing need for individuals to enter the profession.
