NCRA member Sheila Jellison, RPR, an official court reporter from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was quoted in an article posted Sept. 6 in The Gazette, about the retirement of Sixth Judicial Associate District Judge Jane Spande, after 31 years on the bench. Jellison served as Spande’s court reporter for 22 years.
